Step 1: The first meeting. |

We will share with you the paper work that will
be used in a real estate transaction, i.e. offer to purchase,
purchase and sales agreement, etc.
- A pamphlet on Agency will be given to you so that in our
next meeting we can discuss our role as a Realtor as well as the
other agents role in a real estate transaction. (This is
mandatory under State licensing law in Massachusetts and New
Hampshire).
